The aim of the program is to provide participants basic knowledge and practical information to perform abdominal ultrasonography in small animals in common clinical situation.
The workshop is mainly practical, based on a mixture of formal teaching and wet labs with live animals and ultrasound machines. It will teach you how to methodically scan through the whole abdomen and find all the different structures.
We are very happy if you can bring a dog to the course. At Scandic you can stay with a dog in your room if you book in advance. Please let us know at academy.sweden@evidensia.se if you can bring a dog. The more dogs we have, the less time each dog will spend on the table. They will not be sedated so patient dogs are preferred. Thank you so much in advance!
