About the IVC Evidensia Academy

The IVC Evidensia Academy is a valuable resource where our employees turn to grow and develop their skills and knowledge. It allows each staff member to choose their own career path. Whether you are looking for clinical or non-clinical, practical or lecture-based learning, the IVC Evidensia Academy is here for you!

IVC Evidensia Academy courses and programmes are primarily targeted at all members of the Practice Team wanting to develop their skills within chosen fields. Our courses and training programmes are arranged across a range of European countries and include several international programmes, including the IVC Evidensia Graduate Academy.

The IVC Evidensia Academy was established to provide learning opportunities for all of our employees and support career development at every stage. The Academy is now flourishing, with more employees than ever taking part.

History

In 2014, the Evidensia Academy was founded in Denmark to offer continuing education for employees in the Nordic countries. IVC UK launched its Graduate Academy at the same time, developing the skills of newly qualified vets in a range of clinical and non-clinical subject areas, with a focus on supporting their transition into practice life. The Graduate programme has grown from strength to strength with 375 graduates now taking part in the programme.

The UK IVC Academy was created in 2016, delivering programmes for all IVC employees to help them develop and thrive within their careers in IVC. This includes Vet and Nurse development, a Receptionist Academy, training for our support teams and a Leadership Academy.

IVC Evidensia Academy courses and programmes are primarily targeted at all members of the IVC Evidensia Team. Training covers theoretical and practical aspects and can be delivered either as short standalone events, structured postgraduate modular programmes and via eLearning.
